Job Title: Team Manager

Terms of Employment: Full-time, 30hrs/week

Wage: $15-$17

Job Description:

  • Problem solve with cleaners as issues arise, resolve problems and discrepancies on jobs and/or interact with clients’ to amend issues
  • Determine the most cost effective parking option, whether paid or visitor’s parking at clients’ location
  • Drive cleaners to and from their cleaning appointments, determine the most efficient routing schedule and delegate work flow and instructions to cleaning staff on a daily basis
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures to achieve the Role Objectives, as per above, as well as other procedures as assigned, automating tasks where possible
  • Track start and end times for employees and log into computer daily
  • Respond to clients’ inquiries and specific cleaning requests regarding jobs as needed, and communicate same to team members
  • Interview applicants for employment for Cleaning Partners and Team Leader open positions
  • Review orientation program and training for all new cleaning employees
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions with cleaning teams
  • Motivate teams to have fun, stay optimistic and continually learn and improve, while cleaning homes with outstanding quality

Job Qualifications:

  • MS office and excel experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with clean driving record
  • Prior experience in a team environment
