Terms of Employment: Temporary (3-month contract) to Full-time, 35-44hrs/week

Wage: $13-16/hr

Job Description:

  • Prepping 3 flavors of bars, 3 flavors of cookies, and various packaging formats
  • Cutting and packaging delicate bakery squares with care and speed
  • Following designated rules for rotating inventory and putting away stock
  • Applying correct expiry dates to products, applying stickers to packaging
  • Doing dishes
  • General cleaning, mopping
  • Assembling and taping corrugated boxes
  • Adhering to food safety standards
  • Assisting bakers with other production tasks
  • Using scale and some handling of raw ingredients and measuring

Job Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of baking experience
  • Team work and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility with shifts (5AM –(PM)
  • Kitchen experience in busy environments
  • Working to meet quotas
  • Motivated and fast worker who excels at inspiring others to work efficiently and to a high standard
  • Good with hands
  • Able to work long hours (9hrs) safely and easily lift 50lbs
  • A keen eye for detail, and high standards

  • Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping
  • Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered
  • Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
